DC-DSP Filter is build around the DC-DSP Components. It is a Microsoft DirectShow audio filter which is able to process 8/16/24/32 bit integer PCM and 32 bit IEEE float audio data. It works on every Windows platform with DirectX 9 or above installed.

The DC-DSP Filter is released under the Mozilla Public License 1.1. Some of the components are based on sources under different licenses (GPL/WOL). These licenses are explicitly mentioned in the headers of these filters.
  A dynamic filter list that allows to use as much DSP filters as needed.
  Multiple instances are possible.
  Can export visualazation and PCM data to any application (see sample apps in the Samples directory).
  Supports up to 10 channels.
  Most filters can be configured to do seperate processing on each channel.
  Each combination of filters can be saved into a preset.
  Winamp2 DSP and Visual plugin support (Note that not every plugin is working!).
  Audiotrack delaying through time stamp modification.
  Bitrate conversion.
  Stream switching through IAMStreamSelect with Matroska, OGM and AVI language detection.
  Supports different media types on each pin.
  Works in Windows Media Player 9 and 10.
  Trayicon for fast access to the property page.

  To compile the DC-DSP Filter you need to install the DSPack components before. They are available at Progdigy (It's better to use the latest SVN code).
  Thanks to Thaddy de Koning, there is now a KOL version of the DSP components available.

  Jonathan Liu has written some VB wrappers for the DSP components. It also includes a simple VB player that shows how to use them.
